Food Service begins at 5 pm

Our food service team has been slow-roasting and hand-pulling pork, making salsa and guacamole, and so much more to bring you an elevated food experience right at the pool!

The snack bar will be open during the event with their normal food menu as well as a special non-alcoholic piña colada slushy available for purchase!

Standard guest fees apply.

*Please note: Non-members cannot come into the swim club without an active member of the swim club. 

Note to Parents:  If you are dropping kids off for the event and they are bringing a non- member guest you will need to accompany the kids to the office and check the guest in and sign the guest release form.

Cash will be accepted for guest fees and at the snack bar for this event!

Parents are welcome to stay for this event.
Parents of Guests must pay a non-swimmer guest fee of $10 if staying for the event. 

Lights out, this is going to be fun!

Swim late until 10:00 pm Saturday night. Grill if you will, the snack bar will be open late. Or organize a potluck among friends. Enjoy s’mores around the campfire. Listen to spooky stories! The grounds will be lit only by tiki torches.

On Sunday, wake to birds singing. Take a refreshing early morning swim. Feast at the hot breakfast buffet. Stay and enjoy a Musical Morning. Tell your friends you belong to the coolest swim club around!

All for one low fee of $20 per person. Members only. Reservations required – deadline August 22. Special rules apply. Weather permitting of course.

Rules

Participation:
All participants must register and will be given a wristband to wear during the evening. Participants are limited to the first 75 to register and pay.
Members only, no guests.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Children must be accompanied to restrooms in the overnight period.
At all times we expect behavior that is respectful of others, including their desire to sleep. No illegal activities are permitted.
Barring an emergency, once in, participants must remain the entire night.

Set up
Tents can be set up after 6:00 pm in the main field, front picnic area, or back grove.
Tents must be taken down by 9:00 am the next morning.
No parking permitted at back gate.

Activities:
Pools close at 10:00 pm. No entering the pools when guards are off duty.
Barbequing/grilling permitted only in designated area between 6 and 9 pm.
Lights out at 11:00 pm. Activities and noises must cease at that time.
As always, no glass or alcohol is permitted.
The snackbar will remain open until 9:00 pm.
Early morning swim on Sunday from 8:00-10:00 am.
Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 am.

Come and enjoy Hidden Hollows 4th Annual Cardboard Regatta boat race!
Registration will begin on Friday, August 16th and you can register by calling 610-566-9860 or stopping by the Hidden Hollow office.

Event Details:

• Ten teams will be able to participate.
• Teams must consist of 2 people.
  • One participant must be a member.
  • One participant must be 18 years and older.
• Both team members will build the boat. One team member will take it on its maiden (and probably last) voyage. Last boat floating wins!
• All boats must be built at Hidden Hollow on the day of the event. Boat building will begin at 11am. We will supply all the cardboard and boat building supplies!
• The race will begin at 2:30pm sharp.
• Winner will receive a cardboard trophy and $25 in Linvilla Cash.
